Naari Shakti is a non-profit organization based in Delhi, India, dedicated to empowering women through craft, skill development, and sustainable livelihoods. Through handmade products and community initiatives, we strive to create opportunities, build confidence, and foster long-term social impact.

2. Products & Purpose

  • We offer handcrafted products created by women artisans from our community.

  • Proceeds from sales help support livelihoods, skill development, and social initiatives.

  • Purchasing a product does not automatically qualify as a tax-deductible donation unless specifically stated.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • In-stock products are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

  • Some items are handcrafted or made to order. If a product is temporarily out of stock or requires additional production time, we will notify you with an estimated dispatch timeline.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location and courier services.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be completed through the payment methods made available on the platform.
  • We use secure third-party payment gateways; however, we do not store your payment card information.
  • In the event of a payment failure, the order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Order Confirmation

  • Once a payment is successfully completed, order confirmation will be provided via on-screen confirmation or message.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected misuse.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, size, finish, or appearance may occur and are part of the unique nature of handmade products.
  • We make every effort to display products accurately; however, actual colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings.
  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may be updated from time to time.
  • Minor variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for return or refund.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • As this is an NGO-operated platform, returns are generally not accepted.
  • If a product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs and order details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
  • Payments made towards support, contributions, or donations are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

8. CANCELLATION

  • Order cancellations are only accepted before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information provided below.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and materials associated with this platform are the property of Naari Shakti or are used with appropriate permission.
  • No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from delays, service interruptions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of this website or related transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
