1. About the Organization

Naari Shakti is a non-governmental organization based in Delhi, India, working towards social welfare and community support. The sale of products through our platform helps fund and sustain our charitable and social initiatives.

2. Products & Purpose

  • We sell new and pre-owned (used) products.

  • Products may include donated items, handcrafted goods, or resale items.

  • All proceeds are used to support NGO activities and beneficiaries.

  • Purchasing a product does not automatically qualify as a donation or tax-deductible contribution, unless clearly stated.

3. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

  • Available payment methods include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other options supported by Razorpay.

  • By making a payment, you agree to comply with Razorpay’s applicable terms and conditions.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Applicable taxes, if any, are included or shown at checkout as required by law.

5. Order Confirmation

  • Once a payment is successfully completed, order confirmation will be provided via on-screen confirmation or message.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected misuse.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2 days from dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • As this is an NGO-operated platform, returns and refunds are handled on a limited, case-by-case basis.

  • If a product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Payments made towards support, contributions, or donation-linked products are non-refundable, unless legally required.

8. Cancellation

  • Order cancellations are only accepted before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content including text, images, logos, and materials associated with Naari Shakti are the property of the NGO and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or misuse services

  • Provide false or misleading information

11. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

12. Privacy

Any personal information shared with us is handled responsibly and only used for order processing and communication purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
